Do I have to program my H2OBreaker system?
No. The H2OBreaker system comes programmed.
However, you can easily change the number of MINUTES and GALLONS
of flow allowed before the automatic control takes action.

My family uses large amounts of water. Will the H2OBreaker frequently send false alarms?
No, the H2OBreaker senses the changes in flow rate which occur during normal water use
which allows the H2OBreaker to distinguish normal use from an actual plumbing failure.

What if I have minerals in my water?
A filter should be placed before the H2OBreaker.

How much time does it take to install the H2OBreaker?
About two hours.

Can anyone install an H2OBreaker?
Yes, however we recommend that a licensed plumber perform the installation.

Can the H2OBreaker be installed in any position?
Yes, the H2OBreaker may be installed horizontally or vertically.

Is the polymer body flow sensor capable of operating at high pressure?
Yes, the flow sensor assembly is composed of schedule 40 PVC fastened according to the
industry standard. It is approved for pressurized, potable cold water service in many areas of the
country. Check with your local building inspector to learn if any restrictions apply.

Is the polymer body valve capable of operating at high pressure?
Yes, the polymer body valve is composed of reinforced polyamide which is approved for
pressurized, potable cold water service in many areas of the country. Valves of this type are used
in hundreds of thousands of pressurized applications particularly in agricultural irrigation and
high-flow sprinkler systems which demand high flow, frequent cycling, and reliability.
Check with your local building inspector to learn if any restrictions apply.
