The valve, polymer or brass body, is a 2-way, internally-piloted, diaphragm valve that supplies a soft-closure when
activated to eliminate water hammer. The solenoid is a 12 VDC, bistable-latching type that is energized only when
cycled to close or open. The solenoid draws no power at any other time.
The Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and the Nylon 12 (Grilamid™ 12) fittings in the Water Flow Sensor Assembly meet the
specifications of the following tests:
